Processing for Primary Use (Functionality)

• Your name, etc.: To identify and authenticate users, and provide customer support.
• User-generated content: To enable user interaction, community building, and content creation within the platform.
• Form Responses, Contact information of others, Voice or audio recordings: When necessary for the particular feature used and chosen by the controller
• Feedback and reviews: To gather user feedback and improve the platform

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Note, however, that even though there are instances allowing you to withdraw your consent anytime, the controller and/or processor may still process your personal data when there is another ground allowing us to continue processing the same, subject to your exercise of your right to request the deletion of your personal data, when appropriate.

• Referral Information: to track marketing effectiveness and attribution
• Marketing preferences: To create marketing communications.
