Children’s Personal Data Policy

Our services and its content are not directed at children under thirteen years old. We make it our general policy to not knowingly collect personal data from children. In light of this, we will make reasonable efforts using available technology to verify the age of the Customer or that consent given by a minor (in allowed situations) is authorized by the holder of parental responsibility over the minor.

Please DO NOT USE the service if you are UNDER THE AGE OF THIRTEEN (13).

If you are above thirteen (13), but below eighteen (18) years old, make sure that you have your parent’s consent to use this service. If you are an EU resident, you must be at least sixteen (16) years old, or at least thirteen (13) years old, whichever is the minimum age limit in your country for consenting to information society services.

We recognize that children’s personal data may be considered as sensitive personal data in some jurisdictions in the United States.

Should there be processing of personal data, and such processing complies with the aforementioned age requirements and therefore considered allowed by the applicable data privacy regulation, we will only process them upon explicit consent, and strictly in accordance with the details provided in our Privacy Notice for the collection of sensitive personal data.

Anyone can report an account that belongs to an underage person, or any data collected via the use of the service that belongs to an underage person, and we will take actions to take down or restrict the same.
