To create a new template form, you must first create your form and save it. In the manage form dashboard, click the settings icon and select the save as template option. Select the category of the form you've created and add a description of your form template and save it.
How do I create an online form for free?
You can create an online form for free by signing up for a free account. Our free plan allows you to create 1 form, use up to 100 form fields per form, receive up to 100 submissions per month, get 1,000 views monthly and use 100 MB space.

Yes. If your plan expires, we will keep your form QR codes and its data for up to one (1) year. Failure to renew your subscription within this period will result in the removal of all data from your account.

Yes, there is a limit with the number of Form QR codes you can create with . For the free plan, you can create 1 form, collect up to 100 submissions per month, get 100 MB storage space for files
What payment methods are available for ?
Currently, accepts payments via Stripe through your debit or credit card.
How do your subscription plans work?
Our subscription plans come with a set number of forms that are valid for one year. Once you renew your plan, your form allocation still works and is valid for that period of time. Note that you don't get an additional number of forms as it is fixed in each plan.
Can I pay a monthly subscription for any plans?
Yes. You can avail a monthly subscription for all the plans we have. Simply check out our Pricing page and select the plan that fits your needs.
How do I get an invoice?
To get your invoice, simply go to Settings > Billing > Billing History, select the payment you have made and download your invoice
Do I get a plan expiry reminder?
We send out reminder emails before your plan expires. Do check for it, as it may be rerouted to your spam folder.
Will you charge automatically once my plan expires?
Yes, we charge automatically via our auto-renew feature. If you wish to unenroll to our auto-renewal system. You can contact us via email and our customer support will assist you with this concern.
Advanced features
Is it possible to have more than one user on a single subscription?
Yes, it is possible. However, this feature is available for business and professional plans only.
How do I add more users to my subscription?
To add more users to your subscription, go to Settings > Team > Members. Enter your member's information: Name, Email and password, and select your member's user type (admin, editor and viewer). Note that this feature is available for business and professional plans only.
How do I access my Form QR Code analytics?
To measure your Form QR Code performance, go to Manage Forms, select the settings icon of the form QR code you want to track, then choose the manage QR code section and click the view data button. From this, you can track the scans and submissions made by your respondents separately.
How do I enable other advanced features for my Form QR code?
To enable other advanced features for your form QR code, go to <Manage Forms, select the form QR code you want to have the advanced features enabled, click on the Manage Form QR code section and enable the feature you want to add in your form QR code.
Advanced features that you can use are retarget, email notification, expiry and password protection.
If I see a data error in my respondent's submissions, can I update the responses made?
Yes. You can update your respondent's answers if you find an error in it. But before doing that you will need to obtain your respondent's consent to update their data on their behalf. This is to ensure that we adhere to various data collection practices set by different data compliances.
